With the New Year only hours a way it was time to consider a way to get rid of the fat layers gathered since the cold weather hit. I am completely sold after reading about P90x. The information on weightloss-hq.biz was astounding about P90x. They have several in-depth articles, faqs and a forum of active p90x users to keep me motivated on those down days. Remember when homework from school often required some research on your part to complete? It is much the same scenario for

Know Your Industry

Have a few test scenarios set up; ask a few objective
readers what they understand from your website and see just
how much your message is getting across. You’d be surprised
that what may be obvious to you is not necessarily obvious
to your website visitors. If you are having trouble creating
a clear message for your website, consider hiring a
copywriter to convey what you want to say.

Know Your Target Audience

Who buys your product and why? Who needs the information you
have on your website? Who would you like to have visit your

website that isn’t already there? Who is visiting you? Are
they professionals who understand your technical terms or
visitors of varying levels who all need the same information
from you? What do you offer that a certain market would want
from you? Take the time to get a good look at what is out
there and how your competitors are presenting their
information to online visitors. Use your log statistics
reports to track who comes to your website. Get familiar
with the keyword terms they are using in the search engines
to find you. Research the domains that most visit you. Find
out why visitors are clicking away from certain pages before
going deeper into the content of your website. Is it a lack
of information? Too many choices to click on? Is the
language used or instructions given easy to understand?
Don’t give your visitors a reason to leave before they
understand your message.

Know Your Competition

Take a good look at your top competition and see what they
are offering online. Even looking at websites that are not
direct competitors may give you an idea of what to offer
your visitors. Think of it this way: someone put effort into
creating those websites. Visit your competitor’s website.
Search in the major search engines for your most important
keyword phrases and see if your competitors show up in the
top thirty search engine results. Learn what you can and see
if what they are doing is something you should be doing.
It’s always good to know if your competitors are using SEO,
Paid Inclusion, PPC, Link Building and other means to rank
well.

Make Your Website Accessible

There’s nothing worse than muddling through a website
looking for what you want and clicking so much you finally
give up. Use easy navigation, make sure your information or
products are easily accessible to your visitors. Create
written text that is easily understood in order to get your
message across readily. Give your visitors plenty of written
information. There’s no such thing as “too much text” when
it comes to search engine robots “understanding” your web
pages. What’s good for the visitor is often good for the
search engine robots.

Do The Work

Research is the cornerstone to your success. The more you
know about your subject, the better you will be able to
inform your visitors. By informing your visitors you build
trust and interest in learning more about your website. Do
the math - get searching!

“Thus it is not the will of your Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish” (Matthew 18:14 NAS).

During World War II Dr. Leslie D. Weatherhead gave five talks on the will of God to his City Temple congregation in England. Fortunately for the rest of the world, they were published. Every time I hear “It’s God’s will,” I think of this remarkable little book and how it clarified God’s will for me.

Dr. Weatherhead separated God’s will into three parts: 1) Intentional; 2) Circumstantial, and 3) Ultimate (ICU).

1. God’s INTENTIONAL WILL is for our good. This is Adam and Eve in the Garden. When God created Adam and Eve, it was His intention that they live forever and be happy. But they sinned and were expelled from Paradise.

2. His CIRCUMSTANTIAL WILL is because of the circumstances in our lives. It is within this will that we find God’s permissive will. This is Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane. This is Job 42:2: “I know (faith) that you can do all things; no plan of yours can be thwarted.”; It is the all of Romans 8:28, that glorious rod and staff of the grieving: “We know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” I know (wisdom) I can (possibility) do (accomplishment) all things whatsoever He asks!

3. His ULTIMATE WILL is for His glory and our good. This is Christ’s resurrection and our resurrection. It is us all in the New Earth.

The wonderful revelation as I read this book is that God’s intentional will finally becomes His ultimate will, even as we go through the circumstances of our life. Dr. Weatherhead gives the example of the young man in London whose intention was to be an architect but, because the war changed his circumstances, he joined the Army. At the time this was the honorable course. The young man could not control the evil circumstances of Hitler and his desire to conquer the world, but he could control his reaction to them.

As I read the book I was comforted in the fact that nothing falls outside the circle of Divine Providence:

1) the knowledge of God embraces it;
2) His power is sovereign over it;
3) His mercy holds it creatively.

The key here is God’s goodness. The parent does not will evil for his or her child; neither would a perfect God will evil for His children. At the time Dr. Weatherhead gave his talks, the people in England needed desperately to know that there was a living and loving God in spite of the horror going on.

We need to understand God’s will and its components before we tell the person prostrate with grief that “It’s God’s will.” As I read this incredible treatise, I viewed us as being in God’s ICU unit and God taking care of us as only He can do, no matter what our circumstances.

Squat, if it can be done without discomfort, is a great exercise for people suffering from hip, knee and back arthritis.

It doesn’t do anything to the actual arthritis, but will help to maintain physical fitness and functionality.

Proper function of hip area is very important for pain free backs and knees; the stiffness caused by arthritis hinders this function and creates a situation, where you can end up having even more pain, than what would be caused by just inflammation or joint degeneration.

You want to ease in to squatting; if you don’t ease in to it you might end up aggravating your knees/hips and back even more.

Great way to ease in to squat is to pile up some books on to a low chair, and the start to practise sitting down to it.

The chair will help to emphasize the sitting back motion, which is important when you first start to learn this movement.

And as your flexibility and ability to squat deeper increases, you can remove books accordingly.

Use common sense; if it squatting aggravates you conditions don’t do it anymore.

Now, it’s possible that you are unable to squat because the nature of your arthritis just downright prevents that, if this is the case don’t force the squat, it’s not exercise for all.

Important tip - Trigger point massage

Before you start squatting, take couple of weeks to massage your back muscles, not forgetting glutes and hamstrings, daily with a tennis ball.

It would be also great to massage your psoas and abdominal muscles.

By doing this, you will increase the changes of squatting pain free.

While pocket pets can provide comfort, if you have the space and time for it, a dog or cat is most likely a better pet. These are pets who can actually learn and will grow more accustomed to you. Since they live longer, they will probably make better pets as well; you will not find them needing replacement as often.
